Canadian Students

We are accepting applications for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. For Canadian students, please complete the student application available here.

Completed applications can be mailed to the school or delivered to the office.

International Students

The King’s School is pleased to receive applications for admission of students from families who do not reside in Canada. In making this opportunity available, we stress that our desire is for such students to be fully integrated into the Canadian education system and culture, and that all applicants need to be aware that we are offering a distinctly Christian education.

Our International Students program is supervised by our International Student Coordinators, Mr Kim and Ms Li. They would love to answer any questions you may have about the school and may assist you in this process.

A separate fee schedule applies to our International Students; tuition is detailed on the application form.

Send all completed International Student application forms and other documentation directly to The King’s School by mail or delivery to the office.

Fees

The following tuition is applicable to Canadian students only.

TUITION & TEXTBOOK FEES FOR 2019 / 2020

The annual tuition fee is calculated by entering the chart with the oldest child as the first child in the appropriate grade, then adding the subsequent child at his/her grade levels.  There is no additional charge for families with 5 or more children.

ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT

An enrollment deposit of $250 or the first month’s tuition, whichever is the lesser, must be received with your enrollment request in order to guarantee a classroom seat for your child(ren). The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards the September fees.

TUITION FEE PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Lump Sum Payment: A lump sum payment of the annual fee (less the deposit amount), paid by September 7th, 2019, will qualify for a 1% discount on the total annual fee.

  1. Monthly Payments: The annual fee can be paid by 10 post-dated cheques, each for 1/10th of the annual amount, dated for either the 1st or 15th of each month from September through June.  The September cheque will be the monthly amount less the prepaid deposit.  All post-dated cheques must be submitted to the office by September 6th, 2019.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Payable on the first day of school.

  • Home Ec Fee: $25.00

  • Tech Ed (I.E.) Fee: $25.00

  • Elementary Teacher Supplies: Varies by class
